Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your consultation booking. To ensure a fair and efficient process for both our clients and our consultants, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Timeframes: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will be accommodated without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a rescheduling fee of [Specify Fee Amount]. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.
